Enjoy lunch in a unique setting and save time!

Several rooms in or near the château. Seating capacity from 20 to 300 people depending on the room. Free of charge for one driver and one tour leader per coach. Subject to visit of the chateau.

SANITARY MEASURES

To guarantee our visitors’ safety and security, specific sanitary measures have been put into place for  lunch: limitation of the number of persons at a table (6 maximum), staff members trained in preventive measures (social distancing…), regular disinfection of the premises, accessible hydroalcoholic gel,  mandatory mask wearing during any movement in the room (finding a  table, using the buffet…), a specially adapted buffet menu (appetizers at the buffet served by wait staff only, hot dishes presented at the buffet in separate individual bowls, cheese presented in the form of toast, one person at a table for beverage service…).

Roasted chicken supreme from Ancenis, mushroom sauce,

melt-in-your-mouth polenta with wild herbs

GOVERNOR MENU - € 40 per person including drinks

As a welcome drink, kir with sauvignon white wine and

2 appetizers (1 cheese stick and 1 canapé)

Salmon terrine with sorrel, lemon cream

Roast chicken supreme, celery mousseline and small vegetables

(or, for vegetarians, perch fillet with white butter sauce)

Cheese duo (regional goat cheese and emmental) and salad

Mango-passion fruit entremets, red fruit coulis

Coffee

Spring water and a quarter of regional wine

SAINT-HUBERT MENU - € 40 including drinks

As a welcome drink, kir with sauvignon white wine and

2 appetizers (1 cheese stick and 1 canapé)

Dubarry cream (cauliflower soup)

served warm or cool according to season

Duck confit with fried potatoes and carrot mousseline

(or, for vegetarians, perch fillet with white butter sauce)

Cheese duo (regional goat cheese and emmental) and salad

Chocolate-orange entremets

MARMOUSET MENU* - under the age of 13 - € 15
